See you at the pole
The preschool observed "See you at the pole" this year. "See you at the pole" was started in 1990 by a group of students in Texas that commited to pray before school. Now, students all over the United States gather at their school's flag pole on this day to pray for our nation.
We started off our "See you at the pole" with several of the children leading us in prayer. Then Mrs. Dawn prayed for our schools, our president and our nation. The kids then said the pledges to the American Flag and then the Christian Flag. When we were done, we headed back inside for Chapel.

Great First Couple Weeks
We have had a great first couple weeks. The children have transitioned wonderfully. They are getting to know their teachers and friends and having fun. We had our anual Grandparent's Day program on the 11th with the 3 and 4 year old students. They had a blast. We will be posting pictures on the 3 and 4 year old blogs.
